Companies who wish to apply for MSC Malaysia status under SSO categories must conform to the following guidelines:

1) 70%+ revenue directly from offshore markets

2) Majority knowledge workers, at least 85%

3) Minimum size of 100 staff by 3rd year

4) Comply with relocation requirements or split operations
precedence where 70% of investment/operation remains in a
designated cybercity
